Trail Running

In keeping with our aims of taking suggestions from our club members, we headed out towards Canterbury to run a route suggested by Mark. It turned out to be a great route with a mixture of terrain. Some dry bits (not many) some soggy bits (in places) but one thing it had in buckets was fun. See if you can spot who fell over from the pictures!! I promise no humans were hurt during this run.

We ended the run with a sit down and a coffee.
