Road running can become very same old same old. We try to make this different and fun by varying routes each week, adding themes or making them purposeful as part of a personal target. We actively encourage members to suggest running routes and themes which is where our club Moto comes from "a club run by runners for runners".
East Kent is surrounded by beautiful beaches, lovely countryside and hidden gems. Sample the sea air, explore the great outdoors and while you're there grab some of the countryside around us. Hopefully not too much on the bottom of your trainers...
You don't have to be an athlete to run on a running track. It can be a great place to improve your fitness levels whilst also building strength and running efficiency.
Life's too short just to focus on running, we also like to get involved in other sports such as canoeing, paddle boarding, cycling and others.
